3.5. Refund or Exchange: If the returned product(s) meet the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund or exchange as follows:

- Exchange: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement product(s) to the address provided during the return process. Any price difference between the original and replacement products will be handled accordingly.
